Canyon Trail
We love camping, hiking, and fishing, but haven't been able to get away as much as we would have liked to this summer. The Canyon Trail is a way for us to take a walk and kind of feel like we get a out of the city a little.

I love this pic. Aren't they so handsome?!!! Connor is such a daddy's boy (of course he does not like being called a son). Connor was a character like always. He wanted to bring a snack so he packed some the whole way.
The girls and I on the bridge.
Our smilely Tucker. He is such a pleasant baby.

Hanging out by the river while Tucker was eating his snack. They had a blast throwing rocks and playing with sticks.

What goofs!

Alissa soccer
Alissa had a lot of fun this year with her soccer team. She was one of the only experienced players on the team and so was one of the best (if not the best). She had a good attitude even though they had a rough season. It helped that one of her favorite friends, Lauren, was on her team. Alissa always had a smile on her face and she always tried her best. We are so proud of you Lissa!

Cadance soccer
We are so proud of Cadance she really did well in soccer this year. She was an aggressive defender/fullback and did well as a halfback/midfielder and forward also. She even made the last goal of the season. She had a great coach this year as well our downstairs neighbors and her primary teachers. Thanks Ben and Julieann!

Patriotic Program
The girls elementary does a Patriotic Program every Sept. either on or close to Sept. 11 every year. It is short and sweet, but really awesome. Alissa's grade was singing and they did a great job. I don't think the kids really understand the significance of September 11, but I love it that they are singing patriotic songs and learning to love our country.
